Op zoek naar een Datawarehouse Developer/Analyst/Designer voor een relatie van TFC - Talent Force Cooperation.

For one of our customers TFC - Talent Force Cooperation is looking for a Datawarehouse Developer/Analyst/Designer.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to definition of requirements for projects related to data warehousing.
• Design technical solutions and write technical specifications for data structures and ETLs.
• Develop and maintain internal datawarehouse and ETL processes.
• Develop and maintain internal reports.
• Support other teams and fellow developers in specific areas.
• Pro-actively suggest and implement improvements.

Tasks

• Datawarehouse design, development and testing.
• Investigate feasibility of requirements and estimate impact and effort.
• Design and develop data structures according to data warehousing best practises (Kimball).
• Test data structures for complex data analysis and data quality.
• Write technical documentation.
• Pro-actively suggest improvements regarding productivity, architecture, working methods, specifications, code quality etc.
• ETL design, development and testing.
• Develop and design ETL processes using Oracle Data warehouse Builder.
• Maintain the existing set of ETL processes.
• Testing ETL processes.

Team lead

• Lead the team of 4 people.
• Being first point of contact for the reporting team.
• Escalations.
• Being involved in internal projects as reporting representative.
• Giving quotes to the business as reporting team lead.
• Work prioritization.

Education:

• HBO or University technical degree or significant work experience.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a datawarehouse developer in a similar position.

Technical and/or Management Knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge/experience with SQL, PL/SQL.
• Excellent knowledge/experience with Oracle warehouse builder (versions 10.2 or 11 or 11.2).
• Good knowledge/experience with Business Objects suite or similar reporting tool (SAS, Cognos).
• Familiarity with Kimball's method.
• Experience in team lead position.
