You are able to create and conduct a market research in the region of South Holland, North Holland and Utrecht, and map the potential prospects who may be in need of professional partner in helping their management team's growth. You are an open and communicative person who can make the first approach and aim at a scheduled appointment and closed business deal.

Results to be achieved for the Business Development Mana

  • You develop a research plan for the companies of interest in the regions of South and North Holland and Utrecht. You conduct the research, and map out the management-level teams and individuals. You create a contact list and develop the most optimal contact approach;
  • You work on approaching the potential clients so that it brings out a business opportunity as a result. You present the company and the business model, and schedule appointments, involving any relevant colleague for the specific process. You make sure the process ends up in a new partnership relation;
  • You make contact with existing relationships or people who were involved in process with TFC before. You propose the opportunity of completing their current successful management teams and maintain the long-term relation.

The requirements for this position

  • You have working experience in HR department or specifically recruitment. You have insights of the recruitment process and the organizational psychology;
  • You have an international sales or business development experience in services field, as well as a strong business acumen;
  • You are a real sales canvasser, and you are driven by closing a deal. You are able to create opportunities and understand that the first ‘no’ is just a postponed ‘yes’.
