By conducting a market research for Utrecht and the South and North Holland you'll map and contact TFC's potential prospects who might be in a need of growing their teams with high-level positions. Along with the business spirit you have a sales side that distinguishes your personality.

Results to be achieved 

  • Conduct market research for Utrecht, South and North Holland, gain insights of it and use it adequately in the process of approach;
  • You'll map and contact TFC's potential prospects who might be in a need of growing their teams with high-level positions. Along with the business spirit you have a sales side that distinguishes your personality;
  • You aim to establish, develop the prospect into new business partner, you maintain the previous connections at TFC, stay connected with them and be a proactive point of contact for their upcoming challenges, which we'll help turn them into opportunities.

What knowledge, skills and responsibilities do we expect from you? 

  • You have an international sales and/or business development experience in the service field, and a strong business acumen;
  • You have strong insights about the recruitment process, or relevant experience in recruitment, HR department and/or outsourcing industry;
  • You have a sales side of your personality that motivates you to create a challenge into opportunity.
