The ideal candidate

For one of our clients we are looking for a Senior Project Manager which is responsible for the Cloud Suite ERP implementation projects and manages a specialized team of Finance- & Logistic Business Analysts.

Our client is a leading provider of innovative and highly efficient transport systems for the vehicle and commodities services industries.

In the combined role as the Senior Project Manager ERP and Manager Business Analysts, you also work as the liaison between the business and global IT department. You can act as a consultant, review project documentation to make sure it is at the required quality levels and manage the project budget.

You are part of the Global IT team, reporting to the CIO, comprising of professionals in charge of IT /ERP related upgrade(s) and implementation projects and provides regular functional support to users and colleagues.

Results to be achieved

  • Managing the ERP (Cloud Suite) implementation for the location in Italy. Work closely with Key Users and Global Process Owners to achieve organizational improvements and you participate in planning and developing company-wide IT strategies.
  • Manage employee and team performance by setting objectives, performance metrics and conducting performance reviews. Draft effective leadership presentations and reports and implement best practices with latest technology and vendor products.
  • Work with stakeholders to gain alignment through all stages of implementation. Proactively communicates progress. You facilitate processes in functional area such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Sales, Warehousing, Planning, Manufacturing, Service, Quality and Master Data.

Which requirements do we expect from you?

  • 5-10 years’ experience in complex ERP implementation projects. Preferably within international companies.
  • You have the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks, different projects and are customer orientated.
  • As the Senior Project Manager ERP and Manager Business Analysts you are able to manage the team as well as the different stakeholders within the company. You have the ability to translate the strategy into day to day operations.
