As Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Allseas to leverage internal and external data to gain profound insights using cutting-edge technologies like AI and Machine Learning. You will be directly reporting to the Manager Information Technology.

Proven experience in Data Management and fostering a data-driven innovative environment
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and knowledge sharing
Extensive understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and AI, coupled with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

Results to be achieved

Ensures that the team enables Allseas with expert advice and support on all Data related subjects.
Assembles and coordinates technology, and processes necessary to address the current and future analytics needs of Allseas.
Plays an active supporting role in the definition and execution of all processes regarding analytics IT issues
Ensures that the team develops and maintains our Data & Analytics capabilities
Support the business with expert advice and support on Data & Analytics topics and we as a team deliver the tools so we can use the data of Allseas in the best possible manner
Create physical data models that can be operationalized within the Allseas's workflows and infrastructure to ensure data solutions meet business requirements

Play an instrumental role in evolving and designing new applications of data science and analytics to business problems.

Ensure data reliability by developing and implementing validation against structural requirements
